Responsibilities

• Support global Account Managers by coordinating branded merchandise programs across multiple international markets
• Source, price, and present merchandise options to clients, working with vendors across different regions
• Prepare quotes, sales proposals, and cost analysis reports
• Process and track orders from initial request through to final delivery, making sure every detail is accurate
• Liaise with vendors on pricing, timelines, and product quality
• Monitor shipments and get ahead of delays before they become problems
• Maintain order records, status reports, and inventory tracking across multiple accounts
• Use Excel to analyse order trends and operational data
• Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, logistics, and creative teams to keep programs on track
• Identify risks early and solve problems before they reach the client
