Job summary

Svcph Inc. is seeking a Lead Generation Representative to perform outbound calling and pre-qualification of leads in Cebu City, Philippines. The role focuses on using a script to navigate gatekeepers, gather information, and drive qualified opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of BPO experience, excellent English skills with a neutral or American accent, and a confident, energetic personality. Night shift availability and strong admin abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Clear speaking voice and strong English communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in one company required.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) with neutral or American accent.
• Outbound lead generation or appointment-setting experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and administrative skills with accurate typing.
• Energetic, confident, and results-oriented personality.
• Willing to work full-time night shift.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls, navigate gatekeepers using the provided script and pre-qualify leads.
