About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Promodiser to join our team at VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC. This is a full-time position based in Valencia City, Bukidnon. As a Sales Promodiser, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products and services directly to customers. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential clients, demonstrating product value, and driving sales growth. Rate: 500 daily + Incentives+ Free HMO after 6 months

Key responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate company products and services to prospective customers at various locations and events
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that match their requirements
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and promotional goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions and promotional activities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
• Provide product information, answer customer queries and address concerns professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to implement promotional campaigns and strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, promotional guidelines and brand standards at all times
• Report on sales performance, market feedback and customer insights to management
• Represent the company professionally and positively in all customer interactions

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Promodiser, Sales Representative or similar customer-facing sales role
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• High energy, enthusiasm and passion for promoting products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts and locations as required by promotional campaigns
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection with positivity
• Preferably, experience in retail, consumer goods, or the service industry
• Valid identification and willingness to undergo background checks
