Job summary

VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC. in Antipolo City, Rizal, is seeking a Sales Promodiser to promote and sell our products directly to customers at the Wilcon Depot Mayamot Antipolo location. You will engage shoppers, demonstrate value, and convert prospects into loyal buyers while representing the brand on site.

This full-time role offers a daily rate of 755 PHP plus incentives and a Free HMO after 6 months, with opportunities for development and career growth within a supportive sales team.

• Proven experience as a Sales Promodiser or similar customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Promodiser to join our team on a full-time basis in Antipolo City, Rizal. As a Sales Promodiser, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products and services directly to customers. This position is fundamental to our sales strategy, as you will serve as the face of VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC., engaging with potential clients, demonstrating product value, and converting prospects into loyal customers. Your ability to connect with customers, communicate effectively, and drive sales will directly impact our business growth and market presence.

Rate: 755 daily + incentives + Free HMO after 6 months

What you'll be doing

• Promote and demonstrate products and services to potential customers at various locations and events
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their requirements
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis
• Maintain detailed records of sales interactions, customer feedback, and transaction details
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and customer insights
• Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning to effectively communicate value propositions
• Conduct follow-up activities with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales
• Represent the company professionally and uphold brand values at all times

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently

• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed in a competitive environment
• Ability to work independently and take initiative whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Basic numeracy skills and proficiency in using sales tools and customer relationship management systems
• Professional appearance and demeanour befitting a customer-facing role
• Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications or sales certifications are advantageous
