Job summary

VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC. in Lipa City, Batangas, is hiring a Sales Promodiser to promote our Hafele-brand products at point-of-sale locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate features, and drive on-site sales while representing the brand professionally.

This full-time role offers a daily rate of PHP 600, incentives, and a Free HMO after 6 months. The ideal candidate combines strong communication, product knowledge, and a customer-first mindset, with flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Experience in sales promotion or retail sales is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to explain benefits.
• Flexible to work weekends/holidays.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Physical stamina to stand and promote throughout shift.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.
• FMCG or consumer products knowledge preferred.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Promodiser to join our team on a full-time basis at our Lipa City location in Batangas. This role is fundamental to driving our brand presence and customer engagement at point-of-sale environments. As a Sales Promodiser, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for promoting our products, engaging with customers, and driving sales through direct consumer interaction. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales and interpersonal skills whilst making a direct contribution to our commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate products to customers at retail locations, ensuring compelling product presentations
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives to maximise sales opportunities
• Maintain an attractive and well-organised product display area at all times
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty
• Gather valuable customer feedback and market insights to support sales strategy development
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and promotional objectives
• Collaborate with store management and other team members to ensure seamless promotional activities
• Maintain detailed records of sales transactions and promotional activities
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold company values in all customer interactions

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales promotion, retail sales or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Outstanding product knowledge and the ability to communicate benefits clearly to customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced retail environments
• Exceptional customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform promotional activities throughout the day
• Polished professional appearance and presentation
• Enthusiasm and passion for driving sales and promoting products
• Preferably, experience with point-of-sale systems or retail management software
• Preferably, knowledge of the FMCG or consumer products sector
