About the role

Landlite Philippines Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promodizers to join our retail team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position designed for individuals passionate about promoting products, engaging with customers, and driving sales through excellent service and product knowledge. As a Sales Promodizer, you will be the face of our brand, representing Landlite Philippines Corporation values and commitment to customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop retail and sales expertise whilst making a tangible impact on customer experience and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate the company's products to customers in retail environments, highlighting key features and benefits

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations

• Execute promotional campaigns and special offers effectively to drive product awareness and sales

• Maintain product displays and ensure retail spaces are clean, well-organised and visually appealing

• Track and record customer interactions and sales data as required by management

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

• Respond to customer enquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally

• Collaborate with team members and store management to achieve sales targets and business objectives

• Stay informed about product updates, competitor offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential for enthusiastic candidates
