About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Promodiser to join our sales team at VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC. in Norzagaray, Bulacan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to customers at various retail and promotional locations. As a Sales Promodiser, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales through engaging customer interactions, product demonstrations and promotional activities. This role is essential to achieving our sales targets and building strong customer relationships that contribute to the company's overall growth and market presence.

Branch: RHC our Builders Norzagaray
Brand: Hafele Hardware (Door knob, digital lock, kitchen sink, shower fittings etc.)
Rate: 600 daily + Incentives + Free HMO after 6 months

Key responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate products to potential customers at assigned retail locations, trade shows and promotional events

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and present appropriate product solutions that drive sales

• Execute promotional campaigns and in-store activities to increase brand awareness and product visibility

• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions using company systems

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

• Provide product information and answer customer queries in a professional and knowledgeable manner

• Ensure promotional materials and product displays are well-maintained and visually appealing

• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by management

• Report on sales performance, customer feedback and market insights to the sales team

• Collaborate with colleagues and management to support the achievement of team objectives

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Sales Promodiser, promotional representative or similar customer-facing sales role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups

• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills to showcase products effectively

• Results‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Ability to work independently and take initiative whilst being a collaborative team player

• High level of energy, enthusiasm and passion for sales and customer service

• Flexibility to work various shifts and locations as required by the role

• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage physical demands of the role

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Knowledge of the local Norzagaray, Bulacan market is advantageous
