Job summary

VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC. is seeking a dynamic Sales Promodiser to promote and sell Stonepro products at retail sites across Cebu City.

This full-time role focuses on engaging customers, demonstrating features, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage in-store displays, liaise with shop staff, and report market feedback while adhering to brand guidelines and the company’s retail partner requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Promodiser, merchandiser, or in a similar customer-facing retail sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer groups.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate company products to customers at designated retail locations.
• Engage with customers, answer product inquiries, and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Execute point-of-sale activities including sampling, product displays, and promotional demonstrations.
• Drive sales by encouraging customers to purchase promoted products and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the promotional display area and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with retail staff and management at assigned locations.
• Document sales transactions and promotional activities accurately.
• Provide feedback on customer reactions, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
• Comply with all company policies, promotional guidelines, and retail partner requirements.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promodiser to join the team at VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC. in Bulacao, Cebu City. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products at retail locations. As a Sales Promodiser, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating engaging customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring our products are positioned effectively in the marketplace. This role is essential to our retail strategy and directly contributes to our company's growth and market presence.

Branch: Cebu Atlantic Bulacao, Carcar and Mandaue (roving)

Rate: NCR rate + Incentives + Travel allowance + Free HMO after 6 months

Brand: Stonepro (textured pannels, artificial grass, wall claddings, natural stone, paving blocks etc.)

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

• Familiarity with retail environments and point-of-sale systems is advantageous
