Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Sales/Product Trainer to design and deliver training programs for our sales teams. You will work with sales staff to identify challenges and improve productivity; report to the Operations Director and help raise overall performance.

Key duties include creating curricula, facilitating onboarding, evaluating training results, liaising with external trainers, and maintaining training records to support growth and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Sales Trainer experience in a BPO or Call center setup preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong motivating and coaching skills.
• Documentation and typing skills.
• Proficient with MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and various client-based tools and applications for customer management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate consistent high quality client training programs.
• Adhere to onboarding process and standards.
• Conduct skills gap analyses, evaluate and recommend training improvements.
• Design and prepare training curricula/materials, reports and evaluating results after each training session.
• Produce physical and digital educational materials (Video, case studies, etc) and assist HR in onboarding new salespeople.
• Participates in skills development, performance review and coaching sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses of each sales representative.
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses.
• Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars and product updates.
• Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs.
