WHR Global Consulting is looking for a Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs that boost performance and product knowledge for consumer electronics teams. You will craft presentations, manuals and online resources, and deliver sessions in person or remotely to varied audiences.

Responsibilities include evaluating training impact, updating content, and collaborating with sales managers to tailor programs to needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs in a sales or product context.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.

Responsabilités

• Developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for the sales team.
• Creating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
• Delivering training sessions, both in-person and remotely, using various training methodologies.
• Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
• Collaborating with sales managers and other stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
