Job summary

Magellan Solutions Outsourcing Inc. in Mandaluyong City seeks a Product Specifics Trainer - Sales Account to empower our sales team with product knowledge and selling techniques. This full-time role develops and delivers training programmes, updates materials, and aligns content with business goals.

You will design modules, run sessions, coach reps, track progress, and stay current with industry trends. English proficiency is required; LMS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a trainer or similar role in a call centre/BPO environment.
• Ability to develop training materials and curricula.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging training materials, modules, and curricula focused on product-specific knowledge for the BPO sales account
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions to new and existing sales team members, ensuring they understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages
• Conduct regular refresher training and upskilling workshops to maintain and enhance the sales team's product expertise
• Create standardised training documentation, including presentations, manuals, video tutorials, and quick-reference guides
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and performance metrics, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with product management, sales leadership, and customer service teams to ensure training content remains current and aligned with business objectives
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales representatives who require additional support or development
• Track and report on training completion rates, attendance, and learner progress to management
• Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and sales best practices to inform training content
• Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences within the team
