Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive sales training programmes (onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques).
• Conduct needs assessments and training gap analyses for the sales team.
• Deliver engaging training sessions via classroom, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Create and maintain training materials (manuals, job aids, case studies, multimedia).
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and performance metrics.
