Home Credit Philippines is seeking a POS Loan Product Manager to oversee back-end set-up, pilot support, and reporting for POS Loan initiatives. You will handle data inputs, prepare periodic presentations, and ensure smooth execution of product roll-out plans in collaboration with Finance, Risk, Sales Analytics, and other departments.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong attention to detail, and effective communication with senior management to drive business expansion.

About The Job

The position will handle the management of POS Loan products in terms back-end set-up, support for pilot/roll out and reports handling. Responsibilities will also cover preparation of periodic presentations related to POS Loan initiatives and data inputs/requirements for PAP.

What You'll Do

• Manages POS Loan product codes which includes creation/providing instruction for creation, revision, and deletion of codes and setting up all product parameters based on approved PAP and/or other relevant signed/approved documents or contracts


• Safe keeps and monitors all signed partner (Brands and Retailers) contracts


• Ensures that initiatives are running smoothly and reports any potential problems to Product Manager concerned


• Reports operational risks and losses encountered (via THOR) due to error in product code set-up


• Responds to incorrect subsidy charge complaints related to product code set-up and assists Finance in resolving the complaint within agreed SLA


• Provides support for product rollout process, testings, pilot preparation and back-office activities


• Provides assistance in handling inquiries and communications from and to the sales network


• Monitors parameters including but not limited to product mix. commodity mix, pilot performance and propose actions for improvement


• Coordinates with Finance,Risk, Sales Analytics, Online and other involved departments for any report request from the team


• Creates and document standard processes designed for POS Loan products with necessary alignment with involved departments


• Cooperates with other departments to resolve identified gaps in process


• Ensure that all product documentation and process maps are up to date

Reporting And Data Analysis

• Prepares presentations, proposals, and recommendations for Product Managers.


• Delivers reports and analysis that will provide insights to Product Managers on areas for improvement and business expansion


• Timely and accurate preparation of regular and ad hoc reports regarding product performance, planning and forecasting


• Identify and resolve reporting issues proactively and informs direct supervisor of any concerns

What You Need To Have

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and elicit support from other departments


• High analytical skills; ability to analyze reports and see gaps for business opportunities


• Practical experience and knowledge of ORACLE SQL


• Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized and can be trusted to pay attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior management.


• Fluent English spoken and written language
