Job summary

PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies is seeking a Sales Analytics Analyst to monitor sales performance, prepare insightful reports, and identify trends that drive revenue. You will work with cross-functional teams to validate data and support strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, dashboard maintenance, and collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Sales to improve profitability and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Management or Information Technology.
• Experience of 2 years in sales analytics, business analysis, sales operations, reporting, or related fields preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data analysis.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales performance using reports, dashboards, and data analytics tools.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and presentations for management review.
• Track sales results against targets and identify performance gaps.
• Analyze trends, variances, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Support review and improvement of sales metrics, processes, and reporting practices.
• Assist in sales forecasting and preparation of performance targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to support sales and business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other sales analytics materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams to validate data.
• Assist in management presentations, business reviews, and performance reports.
• Support initiatives to improve sales productivity and revenue.
