Job summary

PHINMA Properties Sales & Marketing Inc. is seeking a data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to support the Sales Operations Head with reports, dashboards, and performance insights.

You will analyze sales and marketing data, maintain KPI dashboards, coordinate across departments, and help optimize CRM processes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 2 years' experience, advanced Excel or Sheets, and familiarity with Power BI or Looker Studio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Data Analytics, Sales Administration, or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, CRM systems and data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and handle confidential business information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and operational support to the Sales Operations Head.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and management updates.
• Analyze sales performance, marketing campaigns, and lead conversion to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and business analytics.
• Monitor buyer accounts from reservation to booking, including liquidation and incentive qualification.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support CRM, lead management, and sales process improvements.
• Recommend automation and operational enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Assist in special projects and other initiatives assigned by management.
