Job summary

The role emphasizes building MIS reports, dashboards, and databases, analyzing performance, and translating data into actionable strategies for campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in sales analytics, MIS reporting, BI, or performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Python, VBA, or process automation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and enhance MIS reports to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Consolidate and standardize sales reporting tools and dashboards to create a streamlined reporting ecosystem.
• Build and maintain sales performance databases while generating actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Analyze sales productivity, channel performance, and key business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Design monitoring tools and analytics solutions that improve lead management and digital sales conversion.
• Partner with sales, business, and support teams to translate data into strategies that drive results.
• Create presentations, analyses, and recommendations that support sales campaigns and business initiatives.
