Job summary

UnionBank is seeking a Sales Performance Management and Analytics Officer to drive sales productivity through analytics, automation, and data-driven decision making. You will partner with Consumer Sales teams to develop reporting solutions and optimize sales effectiveness across channels.

The role emphasizes building MIS reports, dashboards, and databases, translating data into actionable insights, and supporting campaigns with data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in sales analytics, MIS reporting, business intelligence, or performance management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Python, VBA, or process automation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and enhance MIS reports to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Consolidate and standardize sales reporting tools and dashboards to create a streamlined reporting ecosystem.
• Build and maintain sales performance databases while generating actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Analyze sales productivity, channel performance, and key business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Design monitoring tools and analytics solutions that improve lead management and digital sales conversion.
• Partner with sales, business, and support teams to translate data into strategies that drive results.
• Create presentations, analyses, and recommendations that support sales campaigns and business initiatives.
