Job summary

Infinity Sports International, Inc. in Makati City is seeking a Sales Order Processor Supervisor to lead our office-based team, ensuring accurate order processing and timely fulfillment while collaborating with Sales, Logistics and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing an office-based sales team, strong knowledge of order management systems and CRM software, and a proven ability to streamline workflows and boost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing an office-based sales team, preferably within the importing and distribution industry.
• Proven experience in supervising and controlling a department, with a strong focus on leadership and people management.
• Strong knowledge of order management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to control and direct team performance while ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and customers effectively.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the sales order processing team, ensuring high levels of performance and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop an office-based team to enhance their skills, resolve issues, and ensure accurate order processing.
• Monitor the team's adherence to company policies, procedures, and performance goals, ensuring targets are consistently met.
• Oversee the review and approval of sales orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance with pricing, customer agreements, and delivery terms.
• Develop and implement effective controls and workflows within the department to improve order processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, logistics, and warehouse, to resolve any order-related issues or delays.
• Manage department staffing, conduct performance reviews, and address any disciplinary or behavioral issues within the team.
• Ensure all customer orders, returns, and exchanges are processed and recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on order processing performance, team effectiveness, and departmental KPIs.
• Foster a positive and motivating team environment, driving engagement and maintaining strong team morale.
