Job summary

Changhong Technology PHL Corporation is seeking a sales-driven professional in Batangas to manage customer inquiries, process orders, and close deals. You will generate quotations, coordinate with departments, and ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, persuasion, and CRM/POS experience, with resilience in a fast-paced environment and occasional customer visits to maintain relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Strong persuasion skills to close deals and handle objections.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with CRM and POS systems is advantageous.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emails, phone calls, and customer inquiries.
• Take orders, calculate charges, and process billing or payments.
• Close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare quotations (supplier selection, price changes, etc.).
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
• In charge of E-Pro, EDI-System and B’s Net System, ERP PO approval and new project development.
• Receive forecasts, purchase orders, and other external documents from customers.
• Prepare necessary documents (Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipt, Peza docs) for delivery.
• Coordinate with related departments to resolve delivery problems or customer complaints.
• Attend or set meetings regarding quality issues, material shortages, design changes, etc.
• Responsible for yearly inventory of customer property.
• Customer visits if necessary.
