SuperStaff is seeking a customer-focused professional in the Philippines to support existing customers and coordinate the order-to-delivery process for new clients. You will liaise with Sales and Operations to ensure timely, accurate shipments and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service or related field.
• Experience in logistics/shipment coordination is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Proficient with multiple computer systems and MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and Slack.
• Handle high-volume customer interactions with professionalism.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate delivery- and product-related issues.
• Prioritize concerns and escalate urgent matters as needed.
• Process new accounts, orders, and updates accurately.
• Coordinate order-to-delivery for new prospects with timely communication.
• Act as liaison among customers, Sales, and Operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Support Sales in identifying opportunities and retention efforts.
• Navigate CRM, platforms, and databases; adapt to new systems.
