Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Assistant in Manila to manage the end-to-end order-to-deliver cycle for assigned accounts. You will support the sales team by processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and making outbound and inbound calls to drive sales and resolve issues.

You will report to the Sales Support Team Leader and work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service.
