Job summary

PCWORX is seeking a Warehouse Assistant with 2-3 years in e-commerce to join our Manila team. You will process online orders from Lazada/Shopee/TikTok/Shopify, print pick lists, and verify data on packing components for shipping.

You must be able to work a shifting schedule, including night and day shifts, with overtime as needed, and be amenable to working in E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC. Immediate start preferred and can start right away.

Qualifications

• At least Associate graduate.
• 2-3 years' experience as Warehouse Assistant under E-commerce.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts and day shifts.
• Amenable to work in E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Process Sales Orders from Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and Shopify.
• Check and print picklist of SO in Task List daily.
• Extract customer code, SO, PO number in ERP to print delivery receipt and sales invoice.
• Verify data on delivery receipt, sales invoice and airwaybill sticker matches packing requirements.
• Seek Sales approval for items that are dented, aging, or in damaged boxes before ERP processing.
• Ensure Ginee portal data for SAO are accurate before processing for shipment.

• Checking and printing picklist of SO in Task List daily.
• Extract customer code, SO, PO number in the ERP system to print delivery receipt and sales invoice (pick activity).
• Verify that the data printed on the delivery receipt, sales invoice and airwaybill sticker meets the packing requirements.
• Responsible for seeking approval from Sales for items that are dented, aging, and damaged boxes before processing them in ERP system.
• Make sure that the sales order data on the Ginee portal are accurate before processing it and being ready for shipment.
• Save all airwaybill stickers according to the date of processing.
• Coordinates all issues and concerns to warehouse team leader, supervisor, manager.
• Require to participate in scheduled cycle counts (Wall to Wall).

Job Qualifications:

• At least Associate graduate
