E-commerce Fulfillment Assistant Manager (Pasig) – up to 100k

Job Vacancy – Phil. On-site. Pasig. 5-10 Years Experience. Bachelor’s Degree. Full-time.

Oversees the end-to-end order fulfillment process with a primary goal of ensuring high order accuracy, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manages warehouse operations and inventory, coordinates with 3PL providers and carriers, and leads initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Promotes team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 5-7 years progressive experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain roles with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Direct experience in e-commerce operations: order processing, inventory management, shipping and return systems and best practices.
• Knowledge in managing warehouses, 3PL partners and/or fulfillment centers.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling operations (handling order volume growth and seasonal spikes).
• Expertise with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Marketplace Accounts, Anchanto Solutions, Magento) and order management system (OMS).
• Knowledgeable in using and implementing inventory and warehouse management systems.
