8x8 is seeking an Order Desk Analyst to support our Commercial Sales Operations. You will validate orders, ensure SLA compliance, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Partners, and other stakeholders to keep the order flow smooth.

You’ll monitor weekly metrics, provide cross-functional support to sales and logistics, and help document ordering procedures to resolve gaps and improve throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ordering or sales operations.
• Ability to interpret various agreements and extract data.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Apttus, Vlocity or CPQ/QTC systems.

Responsabilités

• Validate order requests against contracts and approvals.
• Ensure orders conform to policies and SLA; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Process and schedule sales orders within SLA after receipt.
• Provide cross-functional support to sales, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Monitor weekly metrics and drive process improvements.
• Communicate urgent orders to Sales and Management.
• Document ordering procedures and develop new processes.
• Maintain focus during high-volume periods.
