Job summary

8x8, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Order Desk Analyst to join our Commercial Sales Operations team. You will play a key role in increasing the efficiency of sales efforts and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include validating orders against contracts, coordinating with sales and finance for approvals, and maintaining weekly metrics such as on-time delivery and time-to-ship. Hybrid work setup in Manila area with US business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in ordering/sales operations or inside sales or equivalent preferred.
• Basic understanding of revenue recognition.
• Ability to read and understand various agreements/documents to extract relevant data.
• Well-organized, detail oriented; able to calculate pricing in accordance to matrix.
• Exceptional communication & critical thinking skills.
• Skilled with Salesforce, Apttus, Vlocity or other CPQ/QTC system, and CRM & Google Apps preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate order requests against contractual agreements and required approvals.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, partners, and other stakeholders for revisions/approvals.
• Ensure all sales orders are processed and scheduled within SLA.
• Provide cross functional operational support to sales, logistics and manufacturer.
• Maintain weekly metrics: on-time delivery, days to ship, reject rates, etc.
