Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related role in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, derive actionable insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing data and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leadership to define strategies, set targets, and determine the roadmap to achieve sales goals
• Develop and manage sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting to ensure realistic and achievable targets
• Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and develop solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity
• Implement and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales operations, ensuring best practices are consistently followed
• Analyze sales data to provide insights on sales trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain real-time sales dashboards and performance reports for Key Account Supervisor and PC teams
• Support the sales team by providing training, resources, and tools to enhance their ability to sell effectively
• Monitor sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline growth and win/loss ratios
• Propose and implement initiatives to improve sales performance, including incentive plans, contests, and training programs
