Position Title – Sales Operation Manager Position summary - The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational excellence across the sales organization. This position supports the sales team by improving productivity, analyzing data, setting strategic goals, and aligning sales activities with the company’s broader objectives. The role directly manages Key Account Supervisors and reports to the National Sales Manager.
