Job summary

MicroSourcing International is hiring a Sales Specialist to support the sales and post-sale lifecycle from a home-based setting in the Philippines. You will coordinate handoffs between Sales, Service, Controls, and Installation teams while maintaining precise records in HubSpot and Drive/Sheets.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in admin/ops or sales support, strong communication, and proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an administrative, operations coordinator, or sales support role.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM or a comparable CRM platform.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar).
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational liaison between Sales and core service divisions to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Coordinate new service agreements and data collection for prospective customers.
• Manage new customer handoffs to the Controls team and track pricing/documentation.
• Facilitate installation project handoffs and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Coordinate conference and trade show logistics and promotional materials.
• Create deal records in HubSpot and organize deal folders with consistent naming.
• Assist in drafting and formatting proposals for controls and service agreements.
• Support customer onboarding with pre-populated data and kickoff communications.
• Generate target lists for email marketing and maintain marketing lists.
