Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) in Manila/BGC region is seeking a Sales Order Specialist to support the quote-to-billing process, improve service timeliness, and enhance customer experience for designated clients or regions. The role covers order management, client relations, and compliance responsibilities.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders, timely billing, and adherence to governance standards while delivering customer happiness and aligning with LSEG’s

Qualifications

• Good data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge on SAP, Salesforce and Siebel is an advantage.
• Phenomenal focus for accuracy, completeness and value for assigned tasks.
• Ability to prioritize and has attention to detail.
• High interest in learning and champions effective teamwork.
• Deadline-oriented and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on multiple activities with prioritization and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire end-to-end order life cycle, including order preparation, monitoring, permissioning and billing/credits/cancellations for new and renewal orders.
• Acquire information required to process orders and ensure approvals are in place.
• Support billing disputes and resolve issues according to departmental guidelines.
• Ensure off-line pricing calculators and product checklists are completed.
• Verify equipment needs, communications, and client requirements and set expectations.
• Handle delays and coordinate with internal partners to resolve issues.
• Upload forecasted install and billing dates into the order tracking system.
• Release billing for services and charges and reconcile outdated opportunities.
• Provide timely support on data and compliance issues.
