Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Finance Support Team Leader in Metro Manila. This hybrid, shifting role leads day‑to‑day embedded finance support across six verticals, supervising transactional finance administration, billing accuracy, and strong controls to enable Account Managers to grow client relationships.

You will oversee billing, cost operations, cash advances, reimbursements, RFPs, and a finance ticketing workflow, with reporting via Power BI and adherence to enterprise controls.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred in Finance, Accountancy, Financial Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, billing, financial administration, or transactional finance roles.
• Leadership or team lead experience is an advantage; prior experience managing people is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Cost Operations: Supervise client billing processes to ensure invoices reflect approved terms and data.
• Transaction Processing: Review, validate, and process Cash Advances, Liquidations, Reimbursements, and RFPs before endorsement.
• Ticketing System Management: Oversee the finance ticket queue end-to-end from capture to completion.
• Disputes & Incentives Execution: Compute incentives and triage salary and payroll disputes.
• Petty Cash Control: Manage petty cash replenishment workflows and reconciliations.
• Reporting & Compliance Support: Deliver financial reports, MIS, and headcount data with enterprise controls.
