Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years closing experience in B2B or high-ticket B2C sales.
• Proven track record in deals at $3k–$20k USD ticket sizes.
• Comfortable on online and phone calls with Australian buyers; clear English and confident presentation.
• Owned a personal sales quota in a previous role (not team-shared).
• Experience with project coordination or operations alongside sales (logistics, scheduling).

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound commercial leads and build quotes in the CRM.
• Conduct discovery calls with commercial buyers.
• Close deals and maintain a structured follow-up cadence.
• Coordinate site assessments with installer network across AU.
• Book installation dates and manage scheduling conflicts.
• Serve as single point of contact through project lifecycle.
• Resolve issues between customer and installer; escalate when needed.
