Responsibilities

• Database & CRM ownership and clean-up of customer records.
• Lead nurturing via outbound calls and scheduled follow-ups.
• Marketing support: email/SMS campaigns and suburb updates.
• Set up and monitor AI-driven automations in CRM workflows.
• Prepare sale contracts and appointment documents; coordinate signings.
• Reception and general admin duties when needed.
