Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC is seeking an results-driven Operations Manager with a strong Sales background in FMCG, trading, and distribution to bridge supply chain, logistics, and revenue generation.

You will oversee daily fulfillment, optimize distribution pipelines, manage inventory workflows, and lead warehouse and logistics teams, translating sales forecasts into actionable plans that support client growth targets.

This role requires on-site presence in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of operational leadership experience with B2B sales or commercial strategy.
• Experience in FMCG, wholesale trading, or high-volume distribution.
• Hands-on ERP experience including QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Strong commercial acumen, vendor negotiation, and data-driven problem solving.
• Willing to report fully on-site in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily supply chain, warehousing, and distribution operations while collaborating with commercial teams.
• Translate sales forecasts into inventory and fulfillment plans.
• Optimize fleet management, routes, and delivery times to meet SLAs.
• Oversee stock accuracy, FIFO rotation, and shrinkage control.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and suppliers; monitor KPIs.

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager with a strong background in Sales within the FMCG, trading, and distribution sectors. In this role, you will bridge the gap between supply chain, logistics, and revenue generation. You will oversee daily fulfillment, optimize distribution pipelines, streamline inventory workflows, and leverage your sales expertise to align operational output directly with market demand and client growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational & Sales Alignment: Direct daily supply chain, warehousing, and distribution operations while partnering with commercial teams to translate sales forecasts into inventory and fulfillment plans.

• Distribution & Channel Management: Optimize fleet management, delivery routes, and turnaround times to lower cost-to-serve and ensure strict adherence to customer SLAs.

• Inventory Control: Oversee stock accuracy, FIFO stock rotation, warehouse space utilization, and shrinkage control tailored to high-velocity consumer goods.

• Logistics & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and suppliers; negotiate vendor terms and monitor operational KPIs.

• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in order fulfillment and implement continuous improvement strategies to maximize profitability across trading channels.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel, dispatch teams, and logistics supervisors to foster a performance-driven culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree of any course.

• Experience: 2+ years of operational leadership experience, with prior hands-on background in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Commercial Strategy.

• Industry Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), wholesale trading, or high-volume route-to-market distribution networks.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), inventory

• Key Competencies: Strong commercial acumen, vendor negotiation skills, cross-functional communication, and data-driven problem solving.
