Job summary

Inflow Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a results-driven Operations Specialist to manage the sales operations cycle end-to-end, from quotations to invoicing. You will build and sustain strong channel partner relationships and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the ICT distribution ecosystem with vendors, distributors, and channel partners.
• Knowledge of ICT distribution processes: quotation management, order processing, invoicing, logistics, and collections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multilingual proficiency (Marathi, Gujarati, Hindi, English) desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management to build long-term relationships.
• Understanding of indirect taxation, commercial documentation, and channel partner processes.
• Experience in managing partner portals, transaction workflows, and operational coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP platforms, preferably SAP B1/S4 HANA.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales operations cycle from quotations to invoicing and documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, vendor reps, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely processing of orders, material movements, and partner portal updates (turnaround times).
• Drive follow-ups on payments, PDCs, PODs, TDS certificates, and other docs.
• Maintain partner databases, sales records, and MIS with business insights.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Support sales team in achieving revenue, profitability, and collection targets.
