Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage quotations, purchase orders, and order processing activities with accuracy.
• Coordinate billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups with partners and internal teams.
• Build relationships with channel partners, customers, and vendor representatives through effective communication.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for management review.
• Monitor inventory and order fulfilment to support smooth operations.
• Execute SAP transactions with accurate data entry and adherence to processes.
• Utilize CRM tools and MS Office for reporting and day-to-day operations.

• Strong understanding of the ICT distribution ecosystem, including vendors, channel partners, and customers.
• Knowledge of key ICT distribution processes such as quotation management, order processing, billing, and inventory management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Well-established professional relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and execute business transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in working closely with vendor representatives and partner teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP platforms like SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
