Job summary

Philippine Spring Water Resources, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to ensure product availability and strong execution across market channels.

You will perform regular trade visits, monitor competitors, and identify growth opportunities in supermarkets, convenience stores, and other key outlets. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1–2 years in sales operations or trade marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related course.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, field sales, or trade marketing is an advantage.

• Has positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience working as Sales Coordinator and/or with retail accounts, supermarkets, or convenience stores is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent product availability across all assigned outlets and accounts.
• Maintain and improve product visibility, including shelf placement, displays, and merchandising standards.
• Conduct regular trade checks in supermarkets, convenience stores, and other retail locations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with distributors to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Identify and report opportunities for expansion, promotions, or improved product placement.
• Track and analyze competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and retail partners.
• Ensure proper execution of trade marketing programs and campaigns.
• Provide timely field reports, insights, and recommendations to the sales team.
• Support sales targets by improving in-store execution and customer engagement.
