Job summary

Inspira Prime International Corporation seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee store personnel, train staff, and drive sales through brand promotion and events.

You will implement COC and store policies, manage daily sales reports, handle customer inquiries, and supervise stock control including inventory losses and merchandising.

Experience in retail and MS Office required, with at least 3 years in retail sales and 1 year in a coordinator role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail operations or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales with 1 year in a coordinator role.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to analyze sales and inventory data.
• Knowledgeable in visual merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises store personnel, conducts training and evaluates staff.

• Enforces Company’s COC and store policies.
• Manages store documentation and prepares monthly sales reports.
• Addresses customer inquiries and handles complaints.

• Guides stock ordering and pull-out of items, and monitors stock levels.

People Management

• Provides coaching and training to staff to provide quality service and achieve sales targets
• Ensures a harmonious business relationship with customers and subordinates
• Evaluates trainees and Sales Staff and makes recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail operations or other related field
• College level accepted but with extensive experience in retail sales
• At least 3 year experience in the retail sales industry, with at least 1 year experience as a coordinator.
• MS Office proficient
• Knowledgeable in sales, inventory and visual merchandising
