Cloud Bridge in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales Support to bolster our sales organization. The role combines sales support and sales operations, collaborating with the sales teams to push deals forward and maintain high-quality CRM data.

You will coordinate commercial processes, provide reporting, identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce administrative workload for sellers, helping protect revenue and enable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confidence working with CRM systems, data and reporting.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proactive with ownership of tasks.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate internal actions to support timely deal progression.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy.
• Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards and trackers.
• Support adoption of sales tools and process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions and handovers.
