Job summary

Cloud Bridge, a specialist AWS consultancy and managed services provider, is seeking a Sales Support to help our sales organization operate efficiently across deal progression, CRM data quality, and commercial processes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to reduce admin workload, provide reporting and insights, and help identify opportunities to improve how we operate in a fast-growing cloud services business.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, data and reporting.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team through the sales cycle.
• Coordinate actions to support timely deal progression.
• Identify blockers and missing information early.
• Prepare and track customer and commercial docs.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and ownership alignment.
• Produce dashboards and operational trackers for sales.
• Monitor pipeline and forecast processes.
• Suggest process improvements and tools adoption.
