Job summary

RemoteFetch is seeking a Sales Support Representative in Makati to provide essential administrative and operational support to the Hardware Maintenance Sales team. You will ensure timely deal processing, CRM accuracy, customer documentation compliance, and invoice support, contributing to retention and revenue growth.

The role requires at least 1 year of Sales Support experience, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Sales Support experience.
• Solid experience with databases and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
• Experience and understanding of the sales environment.
• Previous experience in an administrative capacity.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High-quality work output with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Sales team as required.
• Enter additions from the sales whiteboard daily into the Additions and Deletions database.
• Process purchase approvals through Dynamics and update the whiteboard.
• Manage attrition, decommission, relocations, and SLA changes.
• Enter opportunities into Dynamics CRM, ensuring all information and sign-offs are obtained.
• Contribute to the quote process including device review and pricing review.
• Update sales into the Additions and Deletions database.
• Manage daily storage of all customer information in compliance with Information Classification, Labelling & Handling Policy.
• Process device audits for customers, liaising with other departments.
• Support Account Executives to ensure correct invoices including: Process attrition; Process credit notes and invoice resets; Manage changes to existing services (relocations, SLA changes, price adjustments).
• Provide device listings for customers.
• Assist with contract renewals and contractual requirements (NDAs, extensions).
• Assist with management of time and material quotes.
• Create and format sales proposals, quotes, and tender applications.
• Ensure timely completion of Dynamics cases in line with SLAs.
• Provide overflow Sales Support for other Lines of Business as required.
