Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in sales support or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM basics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations.
• Manage customer inquiries with timely responses.
• Coordinate with sales reps to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Support tracking and reporting of sales metrics.
• Help organize sales meetings and events.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
• Monitor shared sales inbox, log projects, and gather missing information.
• Handle routine dealer questions and provide product information and updates.
• Prepare and send simple product quotes following training.
• Track deadlines and follow up to keep projects moving within 48-hour turnaround.
