Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an organized, reliable administrative professional to support our Sales Account Managers. You will handle daily admin tasks, manage customer information, prepare documentation, and act as a point of contact for routine queries.

Interaction with existing customers will focus on support, accuracy, and service. This is not a sales role but opportunities to upsell may arise.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong IT literacy and experience with standard software tools.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and able to manage large volumes of email.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development to provide internal support, including order processing and CRM management.
• Handle customer queries and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage customer complaints following company procedures.
• Prepare and schedule meetings with customers and communicate post-meeting actions.
• Join video meetings with customers as needed and act as a trusted advisor.
