Job summary

Cloud Bridge is expanding its sales operations team to support deal progression, CRM hygiene and data-driven reporting. The role collaborates with multiple internal teams to streamline processes and reduce admin overhead.

You will help maintain CRM accuracy, build dashboards and assist with forecasting, while enabling sales to focus on customers and revenue growth across our AWS-focused services.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales teams and CRM data hygiene.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate internal actions and requirements to support timely deal progression.
• Identify blockers and missing information to prevent delays.
• Assist with preparation and tracking of customer and commercial documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Reduce administrative workload to protect revenue-generating time.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
• Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards and trackers.
• Monitor pipeline data and assist forecasting.
