Job summary

Cloud Bridge, an AWS Premier Partner, is seeking a Sales Support to join our growing team in Makati. You will blend sales support and sales operations, working with our sales teams to drive deal progression, maintain high-quality CRM data and coordinate commercial processes.

As a highly organized, proactive professional, you will produce reports, manage data hygiene, and identify opportunities to improve how we operate across systems and teams. A focus on accuracy and efficiency is key.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate internal actions and requirements to support timely deal progression.
• Identify outstanding actions, missing information and blockers.
• Assist with preparation, coordination and tracking of customer and commercial documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal progression and handovers.
• Reduce administrative workload for sellers to protect revenue-generating time.
• Maintain CRM and sales data accuracy across systems.
• Monitor pipeline data and identify missing or outdated information.
• Support opportunity and account administration.
• Assist with regular data-quality initiatives.
• Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and trackers.
• Highlight trends and KPIs for leadership.
