Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support volume and profitability objectives by ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders, from receipt to endorsement.

You will communicate with clients to validate order details, collaborate with sales teams to resolve fulfillment issues, prepare and monitor requests and forms, and help track orders daily against forecast with regular dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, Marketing and other related courses.
• Willing to extend working hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately to meet volume and profitability goals.
• Communicate with clients to validate order details and update policies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to resolve order fulfillment issues.
• Prepare, submit, monitor order requests, EPRs, MRIFs, and new account forms.
• Collect and process sales orders and endorse to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor orders vs. forecast daily to support sales performance.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and credit proposals.

What is this this role about?

This role will contribute to the achievement of volume and profitability objectives through the timely and accurate processing of sales orders

What will YOU do?

• Communicate with clientsto validate if information pertaining to the details of the sales orders are correct and to provide updates on the company's operational policies and procedures
• Collaboratewith the sales teams (Independent Retail, Commercial, and/or LPG) in the assigned geographical areato address and/or resolve concerns related to the implementation of the sales order fulfillment policy and/or process
• Facilitatethe preparation, submission, and monitoring of order requests, Expense Payment Requests (EPRs), Material Requisition/Issuance Forms (MRIFs), new account forms, and other relevant documentation requirementsto ensure accurate and timely recording of all requests and transactions that go through the Sales Operations (SALESOPS) Department.
• Collectand process sales orders, and endorse to relevant internal stakeholdersto ensure accurate and timely serving of sales orders based on customer requirements
• Monitorand report all placed orders vis-a-vis sales forecast on a daily basisto help the sales teams keep track of their performance
• Preparedashboards, reports, and credit proposalsto help the sales teams keep track of their performance
