SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator (reliever) to support the Independent Retail segment.

This role focuses on timely administrative support, stakeholder liaison, and ensuring accuracy in orders and documentation. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate in Business or Commerce with excellent verbal and written communication, meticulous attention to detail, and solid Google Workspace skills.

Qualifications

• Open for fresh graduates — Business, Commerce, or related courses
• Strong attention to details, organizing skills, customer service, and adaptability/flexibility
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

Responsabilités

• Communicate with clients by providing updated information on company operations, policies, and price fluctuations
• Collaborate with the Independent Retail team on new policies, price changes, order fulfillment, and other work-related activities
• Facilitate the preparation, submission, and monitoring of Expense Payment Requests (EPRs), Material Requisition/Issuance Forms (MRIFs), new account forms, and other relevant documents/papers for the department
• Acquire, submit, and monitor sales orders to the Finance Department
• Monitor clients' daily orders and sales forecast
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and credit proposals
• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

What is this role about?
This role will contribute to the achievement of volume and margin performance objectives for the Independent Retail segment by providing timely and quality assistance and administrative support to the department, working within a team environment, and establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What will YOU do?

• Communicate with clients by providing updated information on company operations, policies, and price fluctuations

• Collaborate with the Independent Retail team on new policies, price changes, order fulfillment, and other work-related activities

• Facilitate the preparation, submission, and monitoring of Expense Payment Requests (EPRs), Material Requisition/Issuance Forms (MRIFs), new account forms, and other relevant documents/papers for the department
