ISS STOXX is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to join our Makati team. You will support the Sales organization by handling license agreements in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, and managing the opportunity lifecycle.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting and 5–8 years of relevant experience. It offers a hybrid, night-shift schedule (9 PM–6 AM Manila time) with opportunities to drive process improvements.

• Exceptional oral and written communication, highly organized and detail oriented.

Aufgaben

• Sales Support: assist sales teams in the preparation and booking of license agreements in Salesforce.
• Quality Control: ensure accurate booking and documentation of sales in Salesforce per contracts.
• Renewal Monitoring: track overdue renewals and update status with sales teams.
• System Enhancement: collaborate with Salesforce development to suggest improvements.
• Reporting: prepare monthly sales reports and ad hoc insights.
• Project Participation: engage in finance projects to drive continuous improvement.
