Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: assist the Sales Teams in preparing and booking license agreements in Salesforce and manage the opportunity lifecycle.
• Quality Control: ensure accurate booking and documentation of sales in Salesforce based on signed contracts.
• Renewal Monitoring: track overdue renewals, notify teams, and assess risk exposure.
• System Enhancement: collaborate with Salesforce Development Team to propose improvements.
• Reporting: prepare monthly sales reports and ad hoc business insights.
