IQVIA, a leading global provider of clinical research services and healthcare insights, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst for a hybrid role in the Go To Market Partnership Center. The position supports Sales Teams, Account Managers, and Principals to ensure effective lead-to-order management with monthly office visits and a night shift from 9 pm to 6 am.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in sales support, strong Excel skills, and CRM/SAP experience, plus a proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years in sales support or customer service.
• Finance/Sales Operations or CRM background preferred.
• Strong Excel knowledge required.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) preferred.
• SAP and SFDC or other CRM experience beneficial.
• Strong team player with openness to coaching.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce opportunities from Pipeline to Close, update stages and forecast category.
• Prepare templates for Statements of Work and initial contract submissions.
• Coordinate PSA platform, manage resource hours and budgets, assign principals and project managers.
• Attend pipeline calls and update Salesforce and PSA after calls.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth opportunity processing.
• Maintain the team’s document repository and keep information up to date.
• Assist in strategic planning and analysis with Account Managers as needed.
