Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Marketing Analyst in the Philippines to drive data-backed marketing insights. You’ll analyze marketing and business data, create dashboards, and deliver recurring reports using Adobe Workspace and Adobe Report Builder.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and timely delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in marketing analytics, business operations, reporting, or similar roles.
• Experience in general business operations; experience in retail or apparel industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; an analytical background is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using Adobe Report Builder is strongly preferred.
• Experience using Adobe Workspace as a workspace/reporting and analysis platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support business and marketing decisions.
• Work with Adobe Workspace to access, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data.
• Utilize Adobe Report Builder to create, automate, and maintain recurring reports.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data, reports, and analytical outputs.
• Manage multiple projects and reporting requirements simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify deliverables, and communicate project updates.
• Translate business requirements into clear reporting and analytical outputs.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Support process improvements related to reporting, data analysis, and marketing operations.
• Present findings, trends, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and business teams.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.
